Received a call from a person claiming her name was Michelle Adison from WRA in upstate New York. She broke the law by posing as process server/filing company, threatened legal action & contacted me at my place of employment. She failed to disclose the full name of the company she represented, or the fact that she was attempting to collect a debt during the phone call she became irate when pressed to provide the full name and address of the company she represented. The law is being broken and consumers should be aware of this fraudulent, deceptive and unfair business practice. This person should be STOPPED and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
