Actually, received a letter today showing company as MBNA and topic as update personal info for mastercard...called the 877-807-8064 number and reached a live person after two robo-prompts....this person wanted additional sensitive information in order to process an account info update (in addition to two security questions) that the letter requested. When I refused to respond the additional sensitive info, another person (Nadene) repeated the requests. Meaningful discussion ended there.
