They called a family member & left a voicemail with the phone number & case number for me to call. When I called, they said I was being taken to court for fraud and would have my wages garnished if I didn't pay them for defaulting on a payday loan from "2008 or 2009". They couldn't give me any specifics. I told them it was a scam & hung up. They called me back from number 574-318-0278 & told me I need to get a good lawyer. I just hung up again. Idiots!

They left a voice mail stating this is my last chance to pay before theft by deception charges, lawsuits etc.. they said it was from OPD Solutions a payday loan in 2010! It's a COMPLETE SCAM! DO NOT PAY THEM! I have contacted the authorities .

Caller called my family member as well. Scared her half to death! Said that I was going to be arrested if I don't call back in 3 hours etc. Told my family member that it was for a US Cellular bill. I HAVE NEVER had US Cellular or any other cell phone bill in my name! What, are they afraid to call me? None of my contact numbers have changed in 15 years! Who can we report this trash to? Call came in on 422-4626, no area code and they left this 877-929-0850 number to call them back on.
