Called me from cell phone number 980-2159134 to say they were coming to arrest me within the hour. I hung up, she called and left this number for me to call. Not calling- it is clearly a scam. Said I had charges against me. I asked her the NC insurance number she said it wasn't a debt. very sketchy. I called police- I have no warrants. I am filing complaint with NCDOJ and FCC.
