She said she was an investigator calling about my mom and that she needed her to call in the next 24 hours or she was going to serve papers on her and have her arrested. She wouldn't tell me what it was about only that my mom had commited fraud which is not true. I think this is a scam phone call trying to get you to give them your credit card info. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO. They told my mom it was for an account with some bank she had never had an account at before and when she called the bank they didn't know anything about it.
