Caller calls on a number that comes up "Blocked". Leaves a voicemail on my phone on 9/9/2013 stating that he will be coming to either my place of employment or my home on Thursday 9/12/2013 to serve me with paperwork and is requesting my social security number. Then on 9/10/2013 caller calls me back to confirm I have received their message from the day before and is requesting social security number again, but states that they want to confirm the scheduled date to serve me on 9/11/2013. Clearly this is not a valid but a harrassing phone call from some kind of scammer because they can't even remember the dates they are stating they are going to show up, also how can you serve a person if you don't even have their social security number.. Kinda hard to validate that you are serving the person in question. I'm not familiar with the legal system but I'm pretty sure that's one of the VERY first things you need in order to serve a person.
