These people from MRS Associates are harassing my 75-year old grandmother for a debt my deceased grandfather owed. She is sick and this collector makes it even worse for her. This is very unacceptable.

its not so much disrespectful as u think, think bout it. their job is to collect that debt grantd it was your grandfathers may he rest in peace, but now responsibility goes to your grandmother.. it sucks for them who have to even confront your grandmother in trying to resolve the matter, but its their job. their clients only care about getting money, welcome to life
