The caller advised that he was with my county and the sherrif needed to serve me. He provided a case# and a number to call 888-350-5995. I called this number and the person answered "PS Group". They asked me when I would be home and attempted to get me to verify my work address. This is a violation of FDCPA and is considered harrassment.

He called me too, and claimed he was a "process server" at my local courthouse! He then gave a fake case # and gave me the phone number of the company. This is impersonating a government worker!

This idiot called me at work, even though he knows it is illegal to do this, and this is considered harassment. He even gave a bogus case number and said he was a "process server", which is clearly a deceptive business practice and false representation on his AND his "company's" part.

They left a message stating they were with the Process Server's Office and had a "SU100" scheduled to go out from "the clerk's office." He then stated we need to call 888-350-5995 (which they referred to as an attorney's numbers)and reference a case number within 24 hours. Completely bogus.
