Left a message that I am being investigated for 3 charges. Said that if I don't return the call that they will proceed with the charges. Heavy accent more like Indian or Pakistani. I asked where his office was and he said it is in Washington, DC. I laugh when he tried to confirm my address because he could not pronounce the City where I live which is a famous city. I tried to ask his address, name and phone number and told him that I will report them to the police because he is running a scam. He cursed me and I returned the favor and he hang up.

I called again just to pissed them off. I heard foreign language in the background when they picked up the phone. The person who answered is a different person and told me not to call back. The other person in the background sounded like he was warning the guy who pick up the phone.

said my husband is being investigated for 3 charges and that the NY state police would be at our door in a 1/2 hour (we live in PA) if we didn't settle. He called himself officer Rick Williams, only after I asked his name. He said he's from the prime investigations office. The call was garbled and he sounded middle eastern. "Rick" said we could settle this now by paying the IRS. My husband knew something was wrong, didn't provide him any info, told him to mail us the necessary paperwork, and hung up on him. We contacted our local police to forewarn the area. "Rick" was rude, tough to understand and sounded garbled. No police at our door and it's been over 2 hours. Another scammer.
