Claims to be from Dell. It is a scam. Funny, I almost selected "Sociopath" for this report. The man on the line had a think Indian/Pakistani accent and was very rude/belligerent/jerk/you pick it. Kept calling back when I'd hang up, so I blocked this number. You should too.
