I get these calls all the time. They are scams. Lawsuits don't work that way.

I'm not sure if this is a scam or not. I've read posts from other people on this same number as it being a scam. I was told that they're trying to collect a debt from 2010 and if I settle now they could reduce my amount owed by $600. If I don't, then they will pursue legal action. Has anyone else had a call from the same number?
