Hello they are real spammer and hackers not from any government FAKE MICROSOFT COMPANY the Microsoft company never calls you or email or leave message as your computer is attacked or ip as such dont exist it is you who have to call the Microsoft from your location and then they will revert back to you not as these fake acting Microsoft company they are here to cheat you , it is better you do some more inquiry in your location and contact fbi and banks they will tell you the real company what it is : i am an it specialist from India where my aunty resides in England one of her best friend hap to have a call from them as her pc was having poping screen after my research and i happen to know they are fake : they told her that it is having virus etc from ip address which do not exist and even one of my friend aunty also got a called from them same thing hackers from russia trying to steal info etc be fast to secured they will stop it just for a while till you dont pay etc THEY MADE HER PAY A WINDOWS 7 FOR AN AMOUNT OF $1000 WHICH COST ONLY 20 TO 30 $ IN UK really they are the real hackers only they asks you access for with "softwares ammy teamviewer hamachi " then take access put a lock on your pc and then leave a popping advert screen which have their numbers MICROSOFT NEVER LEAVES THIER NUMBERS YOU CAN SEE IN YOUR OPTION WINDOWS WHERE YOU CAN CONTACT THEM AND EVEN MAIL THEM
i will soon complaint these company as my aunty will provide the document they sent her and products also. i will soon be in england to report the scams and will report to bank also to secured people as for working government bodies i will personally report it once im there
