Received a call from a Robin Johnson (that's the name he gave me).
Said all computers had a virus and he wanted to get on my computer so he could show me my problems. No, I don't know a lot about computers but I sure as heck was not going to give him access to mine with no proof as to who the heck this persistent foreign talking,can't understand person is. I requested to talk to a better speaking English person and he said no one was available. Told him to take me off his calling list and hung up. Googled the phone #...this is a scammmmmmmm!

I send a report to this company through their software for a Computer issue, and finally i had a call in reference to that error , from guy called Duke from Microgeek,, they really fixed my PC and i appreciate the help from them. I also wanna say that i did get couple of calls from someone else but Microgeek already made me aware how to deal with them,,, thats to them and they are good
