They contact family members, advising that civil procedures are under way and your loved one will be served within 24 hours if a collection isn\'t paid or settled. These debts are most likely charged off or too old to pursuit legally. Continue to report them to federal authorities when contacted. There is a commercial collection company DW Story and associates that may have some affiliation. Please feel free to look into it further.
