THIS LADY WAS THREATENING, RUDE, NON STOP TALKING AND WENT TO THE MOST EXTREME LENGTH TO MAKE SURE SHE "TRIED" TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE THE LOWEST PERSON IN THE UNIVERSE. I CANNOT IMAGINE AN ELDER PERSON OR SOMEONE WHO IS LOSING EVERYTHING HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH THIS PERSON. IT WOULD RUIN THEIR LIFE, THEIR DAY. I HAVE SEEN THINGS ON TV BUT CANNOT ACTUALLY BELIEVE THAT THIS TYPE OF THING EXISTS. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE WHAT THIS PERSON VERBALLY PUT ME THRU, ONLY THE TAPE RECORDING CAN.
