If you are getting a call from this company, you most likely took out a loan and never paid it back. Social Security is passed on to them to build a case against you. Speak with them like a human being and pay your dues like you should have. If you are not aware of taking a loan of any sort, you should let them know so that you can present your case in court. They will pursue to the fullest extent the law allows.

said they were calling RE my daughter and a pending court action and wanting to contact her prior to having to go to court. Michael Haven gave a court case number and asked I have my daughter call him. I think this is a scam.
