I politely requested to speak to a manager or supervisor because I had been receiving calls from this # for months but when I ask to be DNC'd they hang up on me. The original call always starts with a recording saying there are no problems with my current credit cards and goes on to say that by consolidating debt it can lower your interest rate. I don't even have any credit cards. After asking to speak to a manager/supervisor the line was silent for a minute. I kept saying hello and finally was responded to with the person saying that they were management. After explaining again that I have requested numerous times for somebody to remove my number, I got another pause, then a "no I'm not going to DNC your number, then the person verbally said beep beep and then hung up on me. When you call the number back it just rings and rings and rings. This is harassment.
