Gentleman called saying they would be out to deliver legal documents tomorrow. Told him good my lawyer is waiting on them, this is the 8th such call I have gotten like this in the last 6 months, first time to my home number generally they call my dad. With the mention of the lawyer the gentle hung up on me. Called the number and same run around as before refusing to supply documents supporting their claim. Told them that my Lawyer and I would be awaiting the legal documents. It is a sham, they claim to be with a pay day loan place, my lawyer has checked there is no court documents on file, it is a scare tactic to gather money from a debt, and since I have not had pay day loans in years I know them to be a sham.
