Female caller trying to sell an extended auto warranty. I told her we were not interested and to not call this number again, to which she replied "Oh, we will. We'll call back." This is a clear violation of FCC do-not-call rules at the very least, and I strongly suspect this is a scammer. The number displayed on the caller ID is not a valid number, and the caller would not identify the company for whom she was calling - both also violations of FCC DNC rules.

The Person that called me indicated he was with the bureau of vehicle registration calling about my car, a model which I never owned. When I told him I did not own that type of vehicle, he apologized and hung up. The number he reached me at is my office number and it's unlisted??

She was calling about renewing the warranty on my car. The first thing she asked was if I was still driving it. I asked her who wanted to know. She pussyfooted around and said she works with Nissan and the warranty is expired and what I could do to renew it. She said I have not called the phone number when I was mailed a card and this would be my final call. I told her good since I didn't want any more calls. She was really upset with me and wanted to explain my options, but when I told her I didn't want to hear them she hung up on me.
