telemarketer been calling my cell for a year. they have been told to take my number off the registry they kept calling. i put my number on do not call registry and block their number on my cell they kept calling. no im about to contact my lawyer. they call from different numbers

This male caller calls my number just about every day with the same speak. I have told him to quit calling, I have repeatedly him stupid. Last night he called again and apparently this p---ed him off because he started telling me he was having intercourse with all the females in my past family, mother, grandmother,etc..
I don't know who he is but would love to meet him in person. I think he identifies himself as Michael and speaks with an accent like maybe he may be from the P.I or Guam
