I am not happy with USAA at all about contracting Marshall & Swift / Boeckh (MSB) to contact me to update the information about my home characteristics to determine the replacement value of my home. My home has not changed since I insured it with USAA. Nor am i interested in incurring higher insurance costs by modifying my replacment value.
