'Gayle' asked for my niece, Courtney (and used her maiden name 6 years ago) - she said Courtney had to contact them because a debt she had was being sent to collections and would jeopardize her credit. This debt was discharged thru a bankruptcy. I was given a file number that did not match the file number given earlier when 'Mary' called. I told 'Gayle' we had called and requested the needed information and were hung up on three times and she said there was nothing in the file to say that - I told her my attorney felt it was a scam (which is true since we called from his office). She was adamant that Courtney call back and ask for her supervisor, 'Miss Geri'.

This is owned by GLOBAL ARBITRATION AND PROCESS SERVERS, a collection agency masquerading as "special investigators" who are following up on a "restraining order" against you. When you call you are told there have "been several attemtpts to serve you at home" (there have not), and that "in order to save you the embarrassment of being served at your workplace," they will be happy to set up a payment plan. You are put on hold for the "claims" department, and when the "claims" person picks up, they sound exactly like the "special investigator" you just talked to. Scummy collection agency trying to threaten/scare people into making payment plan.
