Man with Indian accent was trying to scare me that I am under IRS investigation and I own some money to IRS. If I will not pay in few days I will get up to $40K penalty. If I will drop phone, I will be arrested in 74 hours.
He made me angry. Maybe it is time call to the FBI...

Persistent calls to my mobile number from a call center. Other voices can be heard in the background.
Definitely non-american, sounds like an Indian accent, although she used a fake American name.
Message contained something about a warrant for my arrest yada yada.
Clearly phishing and breaking state and federal laws.
Blocking the number on my Samsung/Verizon service still lets the call go to voicemail.

I received this call. A gentleman with an british accent said I was under investigation by the IRS for a tax evasion. when i pressed him for more information he hung up on me.
