Some one called my house stating that his name was Keith Michaels and was a special investigator he and advised that my brother was being charged with a restraining order. Due to a complaint they had from a person. They stated he had 24 to 48 hours to forward the information to his lawyer. It was really a wrong thing to do. These people are going too far. How can they say such things such lies.

NOT TO SURE WHAT TO MAKE OF ALL THIS. CALL WAS IN REFERENCE TO A DEBT THAT I DO OWE AND THAT THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION WAS IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO OBTAIN A JUDGEMENT FROM ME. I MEAN IT DOES MAKE SENSE THAT THEY WOULD SUE FOR MONEY THAT BELONGS TO THEM BUT CAN THEY DO IT. IM NOT TAKING CHANCES CANT MISS OUT ON WORK FOR THE EX RUNNING A BANK ACCOUNT TO THE POINT IT WAS OVERDRAFTED. COSTS WAY MORE TO TAKE OFF FROM WORK AND HIRE AN ATTORNEY THAN IT WOULD JUST TO PAY IT OFF.
