Fist of all, the information listed here is partial and part of it is incorrect. For example the first 866 number is correct, the last number is wrong.
Secondly, we dont cold call. Anyone we call has either called us, or spoken with another respresentative and GAVE THEM specific information about their personal debt and NEEDED help.
We do NOT ask for credit card information, and they do not have to have their credit card payments drafted - they can send in payments if they choose.
Guys, be careful who you bash on the web. You are unnecessarily giving a company that helps thousands of people a bad name unneccesarily.
It's a great place to work - and a pleasure to go home knowing you helped someone that day.

"Credit Services" is actually Personal Data Systems "PDS" (http://personaldatasys.com/). They have called me at least six times. When I asked for more information on the company, they hung up on me (I guess they don't want to be reported to the National Do Not Call Registry). Their REAL phone numbers are 866-659-9866 & 866-451-2778. 904-768-9653 is not a working number. Personal Data Systems represents The Consumer Law Group, P.A., 2001 W.
