This guy called everyday about 5-10 times a day playing games. He was originally calling for Edwin Barr and then started calling for a Monica. He was put through to our Terminal Manager and was very disrespectful and rude. This is considered harrasment and this agent should be fired. I dont know how you are able to have these types of employees. He called today for the first time and didnt block his number 905-279-7721. We asked him several times not to call and continued to call.
