Continually calling and harassing me to pass a message on to a friend who had a loan with them. I know that my friend has been honest with them and let them know she is preparing to claim bankruptcy. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling me and stop leaving messages. I had to block their number but they continue to leave messages.
The friend is one of the most responsible people I know. Unfortunately she recently left a long term abusive relationship and is struggling with small kids to get re established.
Life happens and these companies need to either understand that and have provisions for if something does happen or they need to back off when documentation has been presented to them proving the situation not only genuine but valid.
Furthermore end of the day it's not MY situation and they need to stop harassing me.
