Received a phone call from this number. The guy left a message on my land line at 11:56 a.m., Wednesday, September 10, 2014 claiming he was Sergeant Joseph Kelly with the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department and needed to speak to me immediately. He spoke with a heavy southern drawl and had a raspy voice. I returned the phone call on Saturday, September 13, 2014 and the Verizon cell phone number located in Chino, CA was no longer in service. I then called the Sheriff's department to verify the name. They stated that there is no such person that belongs to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's department. I also read about another scam from this number on the checkwhocalled website.
