Called at 11:58am today. When the call was answered they would identify themselves or say anything. They just hung-up.
Don't these people know who they are calling when they dial?

Next time you get an unsolicited call, answer the call and what ever they say act like you are really interested. Do not give them any personal information, but lead them on. When they start to get irritated or start pushing hard for personal information then you ask them.... How does it feel? And when they say what? Tell them you are not interested in anything he has to peddle, you just wanted to waste his time, the same way they are wasting your time by calling your cell phone.
