This number has been calling me off and on for a couple months, with 4 calls today.
They are always "dead air" calls, and when I call back, right to voicemail saying "We are sorry, we are not available at this time. Please leave your phone number and name and we will get back to you"
I am on the do not call list, and have been since it started. And no, it does not expire. My number is identified as a DNC call number.
