The call starts out as a recording. It's identified as Heather. She's calling about lowering credit call interest rates. Although they offer an option to remove your number from future calls, that does not happen. I'm super annoyed now because this latest call was made to my cell phone. I answered because I wasn't paying attention. Both of my phones have been registered with DNC but these idiots still get through. What's it going to take to stop these people?
