They call several times a day leaving a message to call a 1-800 # but they call from 859-519-1964, 1965.

I received many calls today between 8 am and 1:45 pm today with the same recorded message; something about this is my last chance...lower credit cards rates...etc. Being listed on the "Do Not Call" list doesn't help. Trying to politely ask them to take me off the list doesn't help; they hang up before I can finish the sentence. I am considering just letting the answer machine pick up all calls and demanding the caller identify him/herself before I respond.
