caller claimed he was trying to reach me to get a statement and find a resolution before his law firm would file proceedings against me in a legal matter that he did not explain any further. Caller knew my name although it is not listed in the phone book with my number, but of course he could have bought that information anywhere where I have my phone number listed. what annoyed me in particular was the folksy voice in which he left the message, as if he was trying to do me a favor, while still threatening me and my family. I am contacting an attorney tomorrow to follow up on this.
