SCAM claiming that I defaulted on an old payday loan...I don't even use payday loans!! The caller used heavy scare tactics - said she was filing claims with the State and County Clerk's office. Threatened to begin calling the Human Resources Dept. at my place of employment. Asked me to settle claim over the phone before the issue goes to court. DO NOT SEND THEM A DIME...THIS IS A SCAM!!!
