A man with a heavy indian accent called saying I will be arrested or hunted by bounty hunters if I don't turn in myself immediately. I'm to call officer alex watson at 9187140101 or risk humiliation. I could hear all kinds of noise in the background on the voice mail that was left. These people are sick and something needs to be done to stop this

A woman with a thick Indian accent called to say there was a Federal Complaint on me and that I needed to contact Randy Smith at 919-714-0101 in the Federal Crime Dept to get more details on how I can resolve the issue. She said her name was Penny Marshall and that she worked for the Garden Grove Police Dept in CA. I called Garden Grove PD who stated they had no one by the name of Penny Marshall working for them nor did they have anyone who had a strong Indian accent working there. She stated it was probably a scam. She said if the calls persisted I could call PD and file a report!!
