Received Scammer/Harasser call from (928)-257-4282 Flowroute Landline in Yuma, AZ (No Name on Caller ID) that didn't leave a message on my unlisted phone voicemail & again when I did answer the phone they said "Hello" & I Hungup since this unwanted Scammer/Harasser constantly calls most recently: Thur. 9/24/15 @ 10:28am Tues. 9/22/15 @ 11:38am Mon. 9/21/15 @ 1:46am Sat. 9/19/15 @ 1:19am Wed. 9/16/15 @ 5:22pm Tues. 9/15/15 @ 1:30pm Fri. 9/11/15 @ 10:17pm when I received the same call from similar phone (920)-257-4282 Time Warner Communications VoIP in Appleton, WI (No Name on Caller ID) that is doing business as Ameritech Wisconsin & listed as Brian W. Starr, 718 E Marquette St, Appleton, WI. - Reported to DONOTCALL.GOV.
