I just received a call from 940-792-1561. A gentlemen with an Indian accident identified himself from being from "Visa head office" and was calling to say that someone had used my card last night to purchase $270 worth of goods on Ebay. When I asked him what bank the card was from he just kept saying he was from Visa head office. When I asked him to give me his number and I would call him back he said "NO". This is definitely a scam.
