Auto dial-er calls and says this will be the last call to receive this better rate for your credit card. to hear more about the offer press 1 to speak to a rep. they will not tell you what credit card company because they are not a company. this is a scam. they will also not remove your number. I will be turning them into the FCC as soon as this hostage situation in congress is resolved. The FCC is shutdown....thanks John Beohner!
