Said he had a warrant for my son's arrest. Called the number. Question them about the warrant. Said warrant had not been drafted. Informed them that I was an attorney and was representing my son. The caller was rude and he said that he was going to have his legal department call me. I informed him that I was going to file a complainant with the Attorney General of Texas.

Transferred me to a case worker. Case worker named Matthew McGregor who gave me a case number. Stated I owe and a bench warrant was going to be issued today if I don't pay $1,000. When I stated I was confused and would have an attorney call on my behalf he stated why make things worse, then proceeded to tell me that I better make sure someone picks up my kids because I will be arrested by the afternoon on felony charges. Really?
