I tracked this scammer down. Company name is California Green Energy Center. Their call back # is 855-269-4661. File a complaint at http://www.fcc.gov/guides/caller-id-and-spoofing

I reported them and last call I received was 9/23/2014.IT WORKED! I suspect they are a hassling agency from a credit company,someone with the same last name as mine is getting a car re-po'd.After that call was when the harrassment began.But reporting at the link above seems to have stopped them.Its a PIA of a form but worth a try.

I also have a call blocker,a sentry i got on amazon.Its 39.95 and blocks em,but your phone will do one ring each time they call.Most callers give up,these bums dont.
