Offered to lower my credit card interest rate to 6.9%. When I asked which credit card, he told me "Visa". When I asked "Which one?", a pause and then he guessed "Visa Chase". When I told him I didn't have a Chase Visa account, he corrected himself and guessed "Citibank Visa" - at which point I told him he obviously was not calling from my credit card company, and hung up.
