If you're so sick of these calls, why not sue them under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, which gives you AT LEAST $500 PER CALL every time they call you? In most states, you can sue them under the TCPA in small claims court, which makes it incredibly easy. Just go into court with your phone screenshots and phone records to show the judge that they called you on such and such dates, and the judge will automatically award you the judgement. Better yet, you usually don't even have to go into court. You just send the perpetrator a threatening "demand letter" and they'll usually pay up because they don't want a judgement against them showing up in the court system because it makes them an attractive target for class-action lawsuits. BUT BEFORE YOU SUE THEM, YOU HAVE TO IDENTIFY THEM, so you have to keep them on the phone long enough to find out their name and address so you can serve them with notice that you're going to sue them. That's the key step that almost nobody here takes. DON'T GET MAD. GET EVEN! SUE THE BA$TARD$!

Repeated calls. Never remove me from list when I try to opt out. Pretend to be from Google. Constantly spending MY money (cell phone charges) WITHOUT my permission = They are THIEVES.

ONLY solution I have found to stop calls from robo-idiots is to get a live person on the phone, then say:

"Please tell your sl_ts to quit calling me. Thank you. Goodbye." and then hang up without giving them a chance to reply.

Until I started being rude like that, I could never get off the robo-lists. Was harassed by one NY robo-idiot up to 3 times daily for over ten years until I tried the above. They have not called in over a year now.

After saying that to a few idiots, they usually get the message and quit calling in a week or so.
