This is a scam debt collector calling themselves attorneys. They are abusive and breaking multiple laws. They threaten lawsuits and call relatives and employer. I have filed complaints w the State Atty General Consumer Affairs both in my state and her state of CA. From my online research, there are countless complaints against these people. They never give company name, but I have traced them back to both Worldwide Asset Recovery and CCS, LLC. In my case, they are attempting to collect debt from 2007. My state has a THREE year Statute of Limitations for a lawsuit to be filed. Beware! Ca the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for help - 855-411-2372.

This person claims to say her name is Susan and says that she is calling about an accident liability claim. I have no claims against me and no lawyer has contacted me. She won't give her company name and yells at me when I tell her not to call this number again. This last time she threatened me. I plan to go to the Police Department and file a report on her on Monday.
