952 area code is the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. They called my cell phone for the second time in a few weeks with a recorded message asking if you have taken Prodaxa (not sure I got the name right) and had side effects. Sounded like it was from some law firm. Should not be calling cell phone numbers. Also, it is illegal to call Minnesota numbers (which mine is) with recorded messages.
