They have called my husband's cell phone for 3 years. A minimum of 3 times a week, up to 6 times a day.
They claim to be a pharmacy looking for 'Donna' to refill her prescriptions.
Each time they have called:
My husband has told them; they have the wrong number, to remove his number from their system and to stop calling his cell phone for this person that he does not know.
They don't stop. They keep calling.
The government said there is nothing we can do except change the number. They said that the company is not to blame if "Donna" gave them my husband's number. I don't believe that there ever was a "Donna". I think it's their way of getting around the registry & telemarketing laws.
Why do I think this? Because about 25% of the time they have called, after they are told they have the wrong number...they ask my husband if he would like to order Viagra, Valium, pain pills...etc, withOUT a prescription.
THREE years of telling them they have the wrong number, THREE years of telling them NO, we don't need their pharmacy for anything...they STILL harass the hell out of my husband at ALL hours of the day! 4 am on a Saturday morning? 10:45 pm on a Thursday night? These people are horrible!
