Owned by Office Products Management Inc, the company has operated under various names including South Bay Office Products, Tornado Office Supply, and Office Etc. Someone places several calls to a business to collect names of employees, asks what products they use, misquote prices (per box/pkg), and then ship a bogus order. They sell by the gross and send an invoice weeks later, charging per item. Very deceitful. Rated an "F" by the BBB.
