They leave you a message stating they are from the Office of Investigations if comes up as Donna, Texas when you call the voice bot says office of investigations. This is a complete scam. File a complaint with your Attorney Generals office.

I had a voice mail message to call back immediately with the case number. Message stated there was an "aggravated complaint in my jurisdiction that has been filed! I called this morning Stacy answered have her my name and case number. She said she would call me right back! Never did! I have not aggravated or fraud! So I looked up and this is a scam! Be careful everyone. This call was from 956-377-1188!! Which came up Laredo Texas. This is so mean & stressful to people!! This needs stopped!! Worry & stress for no reason is horrible!!
