They call and say you have a problem with updates on your computer. They refuse to answer how they know that or how they got your number. They insist over and over to get on your computer to "fix the problem". I asked them specific questions which they could not or refused to answer. This leads me to believe they know nothing about me, they are just calling phone numbers trying to find someone dumb enough to listen to them and do what they say. Btw my Windows updates are working just fine. Call the number back and you get an automated message saying they will remove you from their database..... Which they don't. THIS SCREAMS SCAM.

They "got my number off my computer from windows information because they are an authorized repair center" she said. I asked where Microsoft was based out of and she hung up. So sick of these scammers.
