It's clearly a bot/soundboard trying to sell/offer something. I can never make it past the overly acted "HI! My name is Kelly!" intro before either hanging up or telling a coworker to listen to it, so I don't know what caller type it is exactly. I've received at least one call a day in the past 3 days.
