Received a call from 970-562-9354 was a recording, stated that this was from someone to help with credit card deck. Must have at least $1500 in debt, and one good bank account. press "1" to speak to a rep. I pressed 1, and the first question was who am I speaking with. I responded well 1st off, how did you get my number? reply was I didn't get your number you were called by marketing and you pressed 1 how can I help you. I said well I would really like to get my number taken off your calling list. She then hung up. I do not own a credit card, I do not give my phone number out to marketing research BS. So how the hell does a Robot have the right to call me and tell me they can lower my interest on something I don't even own!!!

You guys suck balls and rip off elderly people. You should be judged by the spanish inquisition, then impaled from your anus to your mouth for your magical misdeeds. Scamming is the one thing society can do without. Hope you get what you deserve. You help no one. So rot one day people will find you! those people will not be happy that you screwed their family. I do hope that day comes when everyone has your personal phone number, and your address, and your place of work. Then we can call you, and send you 100's of letters stating hey we can save you 50%-89.2465% interest on things you don't even own, then hang up when you ask us to stop calling you... Told me that discover was reducing rates and to press 1 for more info! I did! Then mike came on and started his sales pitch, I had to stop him so I could tell him I was recording this call and by law I had to tell him.... HE TOLD ME TO KISS HIS ASS AND HUND UP!!!!!

You have to be aware of your states "tapping" laws. Some states, only 1 person must know your being recorded. That one person is you and you don't have to tell them shit! just keep them on the line get as much info as possible get them to repeat the name of the company multiple times, ask them to remove your number and name from the calling list. If they call back within 31 days I think, the same company offering the same thing, its $10,000 law suit and you will win. Texas is a good state, I only have to know your being recorded, and it totally usable in court. The only reason they have to say this conversation is being recorded is because they most likely have a subsidiary in a state that doesn't allow 3rd party recording without knowledge of it being done.
